We are looking for a CMDB Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a centralized Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You will play a key role in strengthening IT governance, improving asset visibility, and ensuring alignment between configuration management processes, enterprise architecture, and security standards.

The Profile We Are Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in CMDB design and implementation within large-scale environments.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM / ITIL frameworks and service management processes.

• Proven experience leading complex IT projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of Change Management processes.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.

• Experience with data governance and data quality management.

• Good understanding of ISO 27001 requirements and information security practices.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in English and either French or Dutch.

Additional Information

• Location: Brussels, Belgium

• Work Schedule: Full-time

• Working Model: Hybrid, with approximately 2 days onsite per week

• Candidates must have a valid right to work and reside in Belgium.
