FOR CONSULTANTS

How placement works, from your side

If you have not worked with the European institutions before, the process looks opaque from the outside. It is not complicated once you see it — here is the whole thing, step by step.

The process, honestly described

  1. 1

    You send a CV

It goes to a recruiter who reads it, not into a database. If your profile fits what we place — AV and IT for the institutions and private clients — you hear back.

  2. 2

    We talk before anything moves

Rate expectations, availability, location, the kind of work you want next. This conversation is where we tell you honestly whether we can help.

  3. 3

Nothing is submitted without your go-ahead

Your CV goes forward only for a specific, named assignment you have agreed to. Blind submissions are the industry's worst habit; we don't do them.

  4. 4

Your CV is prepared for the evaluation

Framework call-offs score CVs against assignment criteria. We restructure the evidence for that reading — and explain what changed and why.

  5. 5

    Interview, briefed

Before any interview, you know the environment, the team context and what the client actually needs to see.

  6. 6

    Offer, contract, badge, start

We walk you through the practicalities: intra-muros vs extra-muros, what your badge covers, and what happens when the assignment ends.

What we are honest about up front

Framework assignments end. We tell you the realistic duration, not the optimistic one.

Not every CV finds an assignment. If we can't place you, we say so rather than going quiet.

The consultants who get placed fastest keep their CV, availability, languages and documents current. We'll tell you exactly what to have ready.
