What we collect — and nothing more

When you apply through this site, the application form collects exactly the following. We ask for no date of birth, no nationality, no photograph, no salary history.

First and last name, email; phone and LinkedIn URL are optional

Professional profile

Seniority level, availability, preferred language, an optional message

Your CV

PDF only, up to 4 MB

Your consent

An explicit checkbox — the form cannot be submitted without it

Where it goes

Applications are transmitted over an encrypted connection into our applicant tracking system, RecruitCRM, where they are handled by Alsena — not resold, not syndicated, not added to marketing lists.

What we commit to

We only put your CV forward for a specific, named assignment — after discussing it with you. Never blind submissions.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time through our contact form. Deletion requests are honoured, not negotiated.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when applying. Withdraw it whenever you want.
