Position Overview

Alsena LLC is seeking a qualified QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure we deliver exceptional products to our clients. As a QA Lead, you will play a critical role in our commitment to efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure that all products meet quality standards before they are launched.
• Lead and manage the QA team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure peak performance.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures, including manual and automated tests.
• Analyze test data and results, preparing detailed reports to document findings and recommend improvements.
• Work collaboratively with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Monitor and measure quality metrics, providing insights to improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards relevant to the industry.
• Stay current with industry best practices in quality assurance and testing methods.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
