We are currently looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse Administrator to join an IT infrastructure project within a European institution in Brussels.

This position focuses on the administration, governance, security, maintenance and continuous improvement of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse environments, ensuring the reliability, performance and security of enterprise business applications and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical administration skills with experience in Microsoft 365 governance, platform operations and enterprise security.

Your Role:

As a Microsoft Power Platform & Dataverse Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Power Platform Administration: Manage environments, security groups, tenant settings, capacity allocation and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Dataverse Administration: Manage tables, permissions, security roles, business units, service accounts, backups, retention policies and storage capacity.
• Power Automate Operations: Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot failures, manage connectors and ensure the reliability of business-critical automations.
• Copilot Studio Administration: Manage copilots and AI agents, including publishing, authentication, knowledge sources, security and lifecycle management.
• Platform Governance: Implement and maintain governance frameworks, security policies and access controls across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
• Monitoring & Security: Monitor platform performance, usage analytics, permissions and audit logs to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Integration & Maintenance: Support integrations between Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services and on-premises systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Support platform upgrades, new feature rollouts and citizen developers while promoting governance best practices.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft technologies, including enterprise governance and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and Power Automate.
• Proven experience implementing governance frameworks across Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience defining and enforcing DLP policies, environment strategies and access controls.
• Solid understanding of enterprise administration, including tenant management, environment configuration and capacity management.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting business-critical applications and automated workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integrations, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Microsoft cloud services with on-premises infrastructure or Azure environments.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access, app registrations, role-based access and group-based licensing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including identity management, networking, storage and application integrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or other Microsoft compliance and security tools.
• Experience with enterprise-level governance frameworks and security best practices.

• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Working arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site in Brussels.
